  • ARTICLE 3 – NO DISCRIMINATION

  • ARTICLE 16 – JURY DUTY OR COURT APPEARANCE

  • ARTICLE 17 – HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • ARTICLE 21 – DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING

  • ARTICLE 26 – UNION SECURITY

  • ARTICLE 27 – DUES CHECK-OFF

  • ARTICLE 28 – UNION ACTIVITY

  • ARTICLE 29 – NO SUBCONTRACTING

  • ARTICLE 30 – NO STRIKE OR LOCKOUT

  • ARTICLE 31 – OWNERS AND SUCCESSORS

  • ARTICLE 32 – SAVINGS CLAUSE

The subject was brought up by Hard Rock at this meeting about whether or not they should perform annual evaluations and we told them YES! Until we have a contract they are free to run their business as they like. The Union is not dictating anything to do with running business as usual. If Hard Rock needs to adjust schedules, hold shift bids, promote from part time to full time, do internal transfers, etc, they are absolutely free to do so.
